On Sunday 26th Oct we had the Oberon run.
Bill Wallis & Mark Azzapardi met up with me at in the mountains & we continued to Lithgow where we met up with new member Dave from Wallerawang. From there we travelled a reasonably short but enjoyable ride to the Tarana hotel for lunch. Whilst there some friends showed up to join us for the rest of the trip.

Continuing on we stopped at Oberon for a rest, where surprisingly Bill was showing keen interest in the scooter, regretfully I was not quick enough to actually snap him sitting on it!

From there we headed to Hartley where Dave departed & the rest went on to Mt Victoria for fuel, then Bill & Mark headed home via bells line & the rest of us via Katoomba to home. A most enjoyable ride & one that should be done again, maybe taking in Jenolan Caves as part of the run next time.

Dave Rayner could have bought his scooter!!!
