First make the sprocket mounting piece.

Then machine the slots for the spacers to attach the sprocket mount to the rubbers.

Spacers are then made to join the sprocket mounting ring to the rubbers inside the brake drum.

Lastly a neat cover is made to cover the rubbers and bolts tying it all together.
